Processing of personal data and cookies
In the following text, you will read how we handle personal data that we obtain on the basis of your consent or on the basis of the legal basis for the processing of personal data. These policies are prepared by 3iD s.r.o. in order to ensure the information obligation pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR.
1. Who will process your data?
The joint-stock company RM Holding, a.s. IČ: 03123952, with registered office: Týn 639/1, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague (hereinafter referred to as “RM Holding”)
2. What personal data do we process?
Based on your consent or other legal basis, we process the following data.
- Name and surname (for a natural person, entrepreneur and business company, ID number and registered office)
- Contact details, telephone number, mail
- Postal address
- Billing address
3. What source does the personal data come from?
Personal and contact data comes from the contact form www.rmholding.cz as well as from telephone and e-mail inquiries.
4. For what purpose do we process clients’ personal data?
We process clients’ personal data for the purpose of fulfilling concluded contracts, ie for the purpose of processing the order and responding to the request sent mainly via the contact form. In order to fulfill the contract with the client, we communicate through the contact details provided. If the client has agreed to the use of contact data for sending business messages, then we also use the data for sending business messages. The client can log out at any time.
5. To whom is personal data accessible?
We process personal data manually and automatically and are intended only for authorized employees of RM holding a.s.
7. Used advertising systems
On our website www.rmholding.cz we use advertising systems of the Sklik service operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. and Google’s advertising system, Google Ads. As part of remarketing and retargeting, these systems allow us to present our products to visitors who have already shown interest in them. Through these systems, it is also possible to display the website in paid search results.
8. Retention period of personal data
We keep personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with the client and also for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of legal bases or until the revocation of consent. Then we delete the data or use it only to the extent that does not require further consent.
9. How do we protect data?
We protect your data with available technical and organizational measures in accordance with the law or other important legal regulations. We protect personal data with security features such as encrypted communication, security passwords, reliable antivirus, contractual confidentiality and a professional approach. We are obliged to provide your data only in the event of a request from state authorities such as the Police of the Czech Republic and state authorities for the purpose of carrying out inspections.
10. Client’s access to personal data
The client has the right to obtain access to personal data from the administrator. After sending an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org, the client obtains all information about the processing of personal data and also has the right to request a possible adjustment of inaccurate or incorrect data. The client has the right to delete, if the archiving period necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of the contract has already expired, to limit the processing and to raise an objection if he considers that the processing of data is not in accordance with the GDPR.
